Rudy has over 23 years of experience in financial advice and product. He is currently the Head of Technical Advice at Padua Solutions, a thriving financial software and services business. Rudy oversees Padua’s technical advice capabilities for its software and has key inputs into its successful paraplanning operations.

Prior to joining Padua, Rudy was a Keyperson and Responsible Manager of the Wealth Market AFSL. There, his day-to-day duties included general management, establishing licensee standards as well as adviser training and quality assurance. Further, Rudy has worked on behalf of industry lobby groups to lobby the Australian government on areas impacting advice, product design, superannuation, and taxation law.
