Anne-Marie Esler is co-founder of Padua Solutions and has successfully led Padua to where it is today. As a Certified Financial Planner with over twenty-one (21) years’ experience in the financial services industry, Anne-Marie is responsible for all aspects of Padua’s Operations & Client Services (including Paraplanning and Transition Management); Training & Development; and Administration divisions.

Anne-Marie has a Bachelor of Arts (University of Sydney), Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment (SIA), Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (SIA), Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Superannuation) (ASFA) and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
