- What if I only want one software module?
- Padua Home is required whenever you are looking to access Padua's Software – including Discover, Compare, Recommend and Review.
- Discover or Compare bundles can be purchased standalone ($100 per support, $300 per adviser or $900 per practice location).
- If you are accessing Padua Services (Paraplanning or Transition Management) you will need to purchase the full suite ($150 per support, $450 per adviser or $1,350 per practice location).
- Can I bundle Padua Software with Padua Services?
- Yes, Padua Software and Service work hand-in-hand.

- My business is scaling, can I add more services at a later date?
- Yes, to add more Software or Services, you can speak to your Key Account Manager or our one of our Sales team.
- Is there a free trial available?
- No, but we do provide a three (3) month trial period.
- Following the trial period, we provide a 90 day notice period (advice practices and IFAs).
- Where is my data stored and is it secure?
- We utilise secure AWS cloud-based servers that are domiciled 100% on-shore.
- Please refer to our full privacy policy for more details for how we treat your personal data.
- What about my clients' data?
- Your clients' data is stored in the same way.
- For data submitted through Services (Transitions), we recommend that all data is uploaded to Padua's propriety workflow system (Padua Home) as an additional layer of security.
Billing
- What is the billing cycle? When is first payment after registering?
- We split your monthly bill into two payments each month. The payments are deducted on the 1st and the 15th of each month.

- What is your cancellation policy?
- We provide a three (3) month trial period where you can cancel at any time.
- Following the trial period, we generally provide a three (3) month notice period to advice practices and IFAs.
